What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the intentional use of the breath to slow down, become more present, and develop a deeper awareness of yourself.
By bringing attention to the breath and the body, we begin to notice what is happening beneath the surface. Sensations, emotions, thoughts, and patterns may become easier to experience and understand.
There is nothing to perform or achieve. The practice is an invitation to breathe, feel, and stay present, allowing the experience to unfold at its own pace.

The Approach
Every journey is tailored with care to the individual before me.
I work with breath, presence, and gentle guidance, adapting the pace and depth of the practice to what each person brings into the session.
The intention is not to force an experience, but to create the conditions for you to slow down, listen inward, and become more aware of what is happening in your body and mind.
Breathwork can be a deeply personal experience. My role is to guide the process with presence and care, while allowing you to remain connected to your own experience throughout.

Rebirthing Breathwork
Rebirthing Breathwork is a conscious breathing practice centered on connected, rhythmic breathing.
The practice invites a continuous, gentle flow between the inhale and the exhale, with attention placed on the sensations and experience of the body.
In a guided session, the breath becomes a way of turning inward and staying present with what arises. Some people experience deep relaxation, changes in sensation, emotional movement, or a greater sense of awareness.
Each experience is different. There is no specific outcome to reach and no need to force the process. The practice unfolds through the breath, with guidance and attention throughout the session.

The Session
A private breathwork session begins with a conversation about what brings you to the practice and a few moments to arrive and settle.
I then guide you through the breathing practice, remaining present and attentive throughout the experience. The pace is adapted to you, allowing you to explore the practice without pressure or expectation.
The session ends with time to rest, notice your experience, and gently return to your day.
There is nothing to perform or achieve. You simply breathe, feel, and remain present.
What You May Experience
Deep Relaxation
Emotional Awareness
Body Awareness
You may experience a deeper sense of relaxation as the breath and body settle into the practice.
The practice may bring greater awareness to emotions, sensations, or feelings that are present in the moment.
As attention moves toward the breath and the body, you may notice sensations and subtle changes that are often overlooked in everyday life.
Self-Awareness
A Greater Sense of Presence
The practice can offer a deeper awareness of your inner experience, helping you notice thoughts, emotions, sensations, and patterns with greater clarity.
For some people, the practice can bring a quieter mind and a greater sense of being present with themselves.
Every session is different. What you experience depends on where you are, how you arrive, and how the practice unfolds for you.
